The Back to School Dance has been canceled for lacking of students' interest. I have been in Lincoln for three years, and this is the first time I heard a dance have to cancel for this funny reason. Though I have never been in any of the school dances.
Mr.Kim, our Literary teacher, told us that he and his wife have decided to adopt a child from Korea. They don't know the child is a boy or girl yet. When Mr.Kim said that he don't mind to have a twins, someone yelled out: "Buy one get one free!" HA, it's funny. But Mr.Kim said no, because he has to pay for double. I never knew that adopting child need so much money. Mr.Kim said his wife want to name their child "Puppy Kim" coz she loves puppies. However, Mr.Kim wants his child to become a football player, and "Puppy Kim" would sound weird and ridiculous when the reporter reports the outlets. It's a cute name, but not cool for a strong football player.
Today Flora told me a joke, and it's about an atom and a bartender.
An atom went to a bar, and the bartender asked him:"why're you down?"
Atom:"coz I lost an electron."
Bartender:"Are you sure?"
Atom:"I'm positive!"
It's that funny? !!!
